In short
- What is the occasion?
- The company is hiring for production, maintenance, setup, quality or purchasing. A job ad is a decision already taken: staff are hired before the line runs.
- Why call now?
- Whoever is looking for three maintenance technicians has more machines or is planning them. Whoever is hiring a buyer will soon award more orders. The ad says which processes and machines are in the building, often more precisely than the website.
- How does Kodo spot it?
- Careers page, Federal employment agency job board, Role, not keyword, Clustering.
The timing.
Every occasion has a window. Before it, nothing is visible; after it, the order is placed. Kodo delivers while the window is open.
- 1 Decision More shifts, a new line or a succession: the need is decided internally.
- 2 Posting Careers page, the federal employment agency job board, job portals.
- 3 Monday list Kodo reads the ad, classifies the role and puts the company on the list with the quote.
- 4 Onboarding The new people have arrived, the equipment is usually already ordered.
How Kodo spots the occasion.
Public sources only, each with a date. What Kodo cannot back up word for word is not on the list.
- 01Careers pageKodo reads the company's own job page: title, tasks, machines and processes mentioned.
- 02Federal employment agency job boardThe official board also lists firms without their own careers page.
- 03Role, not keywordWhether "Leiter Instandhaltung" or "Maintenance Supervisor": which role an ad means is judged by a model, not by a word list.
- 04ClusteringSeveral production roles at once weigh more than a single apprenticeship.
- 05Typical for contract manufacturersPurchasing and assembly as an occasion, machining roles as a warning: whoever hires machinists makes the parts themselves.
How it appears on the list.
One line of the Monday list: company, occasion, the quote from the source, the check, the contact person.
How your sales team opens.
The first sentence starts with the source, not with your product. Two examples for this occasion:
"You are hiring two CNC setters right now. Is your production adding a second shift?"
"Your ad mentions a new machining centre. When does it go into operation?"
Kammerlander Medizintechnik GmbH Open positions
"Strategic buyer wanted for mechanical drawing parts and assemblies."

What people ask first.
Does every job ad count as an occasion?
No. An apprenticeship or an office role does not. Kodo classifies the role: production, maintenance, setup, quality, purchasing, management. Only these roles appear as an occasion, with the quote from the ad.
How do I know the position is still open?
Every line carries the date of the source, and an ad that is no longer online is no longer listed as an occasion.
Do machining roles at buyers count as an occasion?
Rather as a counter-indication: whoever hires CNC millers is building their own capacity. Kodo shows that with the reason, so you do not call a competitor.
