Salesforce Pipeline Enrichment
The smartest data enrichment for Salesforce. Instead of empty account pages, Kodo fills your Salesforce instance with machine profiles, signals, and buy-fit scores.
Export or push your list
Kodo researches your DACH industrial leads and delivers a finished list. Export it as a CSV for the Salesforce import, or have it created directly as a Lead or Account via API — including every enrichment field.
A source on every record
Each lead arrives with a traceable source: a commercial-register entry, a patent, a trade-show appearance, or a press release. These proofs land as fields or a note on the Salesforce record, so sales sees the relevance instantly.
Buyer signals as scoring input
Live signals like investments, job postings, or site expansions flow into your Salesforce lead scoring. The sales rep sees at a glance which accounts have acute demand right now.
Using Kodo Leads data in Salesforce
Salesforce is powerful — but only as good as the data inside it. In the industrial B2B world, many sales organizations stall on incomplete accounts, dead contacts, and leads with no traceable reason to exist. Kodo Leads handles the research for the DACH industrial mid-market (machinery, CNC, automotive suppliers) and delivers finished, enriched lists. You don't have to learn a new tool: the data arrives either as a clean CSV export or via a direct push into your Salesforce CRM.
Two paths: CSV export or direct push
Depending on your setup, there are two ways to get Kodo Leads data into Salesforce:
- CSV export: Download the researched list as a CSV and load it with the Salesforce Data Import Wizard or Data Loader. Columns are named so they map cleanly onto standard and custom fields on Leads or Accounts.
- Direct push: Via the API, leads and accounts are created or updated automatically — including company profile, technology metrics, buyer signals, and the source per lead. No manual uploads, no double data entry.
DACH leads with a source per lead
The decisive difference from a generic US address book: every Kodo lead carries its source. Instead of an anonymous row in Salesforce, your reps see why an account is relevant — for example, because a capital increase was filed in the commercial register, a patent for a manufacturing process was registered, or the company exhibited at an industry trade show. These proofs are stored as a field or note on the record and make every lead verifiable.
What lands in the CRM
- Company profile: legal form, location, industry, and technology classification from DACH sources rather than guessed US data.
- Commercial-register depth: structured details from the German, Austrian, and Swiss registers as evidence fields.
- Buyer signals: investments, job postings, site expansions, or press releases that indicate acute demand.
- Source per lead: the traceable proof that justifies account scoring for sales.
Clean field mapping saves time
For a smooth import, agree on a field mapping before the first push: standard fields like company name, website, and city map to Salesforce Lead or Account standard fields, while Kodo-specific values such as buy-fit score, signal type, and source map to dedicated custom fields. That keeps your Salesforce reports and list views consistent and lets your team segment directly by score and signal.
GDPR-compliant, EU infrastructure
Kodo Leads operates GDPR-compliant on EU infrastructure. Research draws on publicly available industrial and register data from the DACH region — so you fill your Salesforce pipeline with solid, source-verified leads instead of a bought-in US address book.
